Tre unge musikere har fundet sammen i en fælles musikalsk drømmerejse.

Omdrejningspunktet er skandinavisk folkemusik, men med en organisk og flydende lethed svæver Ale Carr (S), Rune Tonsgaard Sørensen og Nikolaj Busk igennem et cirkus af temaer, harmonier og hårdtsvingende grooves, og lader konstant musikken føre ud i nye afkroge.

De tre artister er hver især stortalenter, velrespekterede og verdensturnérende musikere, og deres musikalske møde startede i Radiohusets Koncertsal, hvor Dreamers Circus, sammen med Sjællands Symfoniorkester, fremtryllede en folkemusisk fortolkning af Mozarts 5. violinkoncert med trioens violinist Rune Tonsgaard som solist. Nu kan Dreamers Circus opleves på deres debut udgivelse i form af en EP med fem musikstykker,

Musikken er skrevet af Ale Carr, arrangeret af trioen og produceret af den svenske stjerneguitarist fra bl.a. Väsen, Roger Tallroth. Hr. Tallroth medvirker også på EPens afslutningsmelodi og det samme gør den svenske folkesangerinde, Sofia Karlsson på vokal og fløjte.

Mange projekter er lagt i ovnen hos denne nye gruppe og der er garanteret tryllerier og akrobatik fra disse tre instrumentjonglører.

Through three different musical backgrounds, the musicians Nikolaj Busk (DK), Ale Carr (S) and Rune Tonsgaard Sørensen (DK) creates a very modern type of Nordic folk music. With extreme acoustic power and flexibility they play with their music; spontaneous, explosive arrangements with creative though natural contrasts which really sweeps you off the floor. Their first performance together was in the Concert Hall of the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen, where Dreamers Circus made a fantastic folkmusical interpretation of Mozarts Violin Concerto No. 5 with Copenhagen Philharmonic and the trio's violinist as soloist.(see video at www.dreamerscircus.com )

Nikolaj (piano/accordion) comes from the world of jazz, Rune (violin) from the world of classical music and Ale (cittern/violin) from the world of folk music - and with incredible technique and musicality they mix every part of their musical experiences into their music - which together with their open-mindedness results in a genre hard to define. This combined with exclusively brand new tunes, mostly composed by Ale, will grant you a musical experience hard to imagine, and hard to forget.
   Now, Dreamers Circus can be experienced on their self-entitled debut album, "Dreamers Circus" (GO1610EP), published by the danish record company GO' Danish Folk Music. The producer is the great swedish guitarist Roger Tallroth from "Väsen", whom is also participating as a guestmusician on the last track, "Idas Farväl", together with the swedish folksinger Sofia Karlsson.
